Initial draft release. This is the first version of the AeHIN MCCoD IG, produced for review and feedback by AeHIN member countries. All artifacts are at maturity level 0 (draft). No ballot or formal publication has occurred.

• MCCoDFrameBModel — WHO SMART L3 logical model for Frame B. Same mapping structure as Frame A.

• MCCoDCauseOfDeathLinePosition — Line position in causal chain (a/b/c/d).
• MCCoDOnsetToDeathInterval — Free-text onset to death interval. Corresponds to LOINC 69440-6.
• MCCoDDorisDerived — Boolean flag indicating whether the underlying cause was selected by the WHO DORIS tool.
